  Great Starbucks with a friendly staff.  It's what I would expect from a Starbucks and meets my expectations of what a Starbucks should be.

  I love having this Starbucks so close to me . I can easily take a stroll from getting my haircut . They are pretty busy on a regular. They keep the line moving and turn out the drinks pretty quick . The staff is always super friendly and that's a really good quality. It's located close to shoprite and many shops and restaurants in somerville . So if you  have the need for caffeine stop on in.

  The drinks are always not made up to par compared to other Starbucks locations such as The Village. I asked for light ice and got like 3 ice cubes, that should not be your definition of "light ice". My drinks were also not filled all the way! A long wait for a below average service...

  Twenty minute wait for a cup of coffee. The place is clean and has friendly staff, but a twenty minute wait for coffee in a coffee house? No coffee brewed was the reason for a wait, but it doesn't take twenty minutes to brew coffee. And how can there be no coffee brewed in a Starbucks?! They did apologize and acknowledge they forgot about me, but they were not really busy. I guess I can return the sentiment and forget about them.

  This may be the worst run Starbucks I go to on a regular basis. Second time in 2 weeks where I can't just get a coffee and go. How do you not have coffee available? Shouldn't you be brewing it constantly?
